Workforce Development
Owning and running a successful business is one of several positive pathways to re-entry for participants enrolled in our Fresh Start program. The goal is to teach the fundamentals of business including how to start a viable business (legal formation), how to run a business (operations, finance, marketing), and how to become a leader in the community by giving back and reinvesting time, talent and treasure into the community to help others who may be less fortunate.
Online Entrepreneurship
One of the hallmarks of the Fresh Start program is the Online Entrepreneurship Training which teaches you the "how-to" while actually doing. Similar to a business incubator, this program is a self-contained resource center where people can start, manage, and grow their new business - all with the support and resources they need under one roof.

Start a New Business
Although we strive to assist you in acquiring employment with a company, the fact is, many people because of their background, will be unable to obtain employment in the field of their experience or skill set. Starting and running a self-owned business offers a viable alternative to create self-income and sustainability.

The 4RS Coaching new business startup provides training and on-the-job guidance to form, launch, and manage a business. All businesses will be established officially and each business owner will learn the core business skills including, financial management, operations, marketing, human resources and staffing. A business coach will provide ongoing coaching and guidance for up to 18 months.

Business Incubator
The Incubator is a partnership with the Sales Development & Performance and is the hallmark program of the4Rs Coaching project.
Over an 18-month period, we help launch, build capacity, and grow each business owner's business highlighting online marketing business development. This includes Facebook Marketing, Social Media paid and unpaid marketing, email campaigns and more.
The Incubator will create new and aspiring entrepreneurs through business training, technical assistance, and business execution. Below are some of the areas of focus:
