01 Is Fresh Start an "in-person or online program?

A: Currently, Fresh Start will be available online only until such time that it is safe to gather
given the current covid-19 protocols.
02 How long will my coaching services last?

We recommend that registered participants utilize our services for at least 1 year. Others may
participate for shorter or longer periods based on when they feel they have reached their
purposed fulfilled goal.
03 What are the requirements to receive rental assistance?
​
We will recommend assistance in collaboration with state government services for those
who have successfully completed the Fresh Start Outreach program and those persons that
have completed 6 months or more in the 4R’s Coaching program and are employed.
04 Will I receive resources and referral assistance?
Only applicants that adhere to the requirements of Fresh Start Outreach and or 4R’s Coaching
will receive ongoing mentoring and resource assistance.
05 Can 4RS Coaching help me start my own business?

Individuals who complete either program (Fresh Start Outreach -4R’s Coaching) will be aligned
