In-home care for seniors, Veterans, and anyone in need of assistance accessing quality senior care services. Through the generous donations of our partners and supporters, we provide quality senior care services cooupled with financial support solutions that work for any budget.

Short-term
In Home Care

MPH Foundation incorporates what are commonly known as activities of daily living for older adults. Our service coordinators are trained to create a personalized care plan for your loved one. My Parents Home provides families with:

  • Respite care

  • Companionship

  • Personal care

  • Hygiene assistance

  • Meal planning and preparation

  • Light housekeeping

  • Laundry assistance

  • Medication reminders

  • Assistance running errands

Long-Term Care 

 

When you or your loved one requires care beyond a few months, MPH Foundation is there to help. Our care options provide a wide variety of long-term care options designed to fit your individual needs and budget. 

Assisted Living

 

Assisted living provides housing and care services to seniors who aren’t able to live independently. This type of care combines housing, support services, and health care if needed.

Care services include activities such as; bathing, dressing, and eating, but they don’t provide ongoing skilled nursing care.

Additional services may include:

  • Medication management

  • Meal services

  • Housekeeping or laundry services

  • Social activities

  • Assistance with activities of daily living
